Google Maps Added the New Traffic Light Indicator Feature

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Google Maps’ online map service appears with a brand new face with another feature addition, the traffic light indicator. This feature will come in handy for any drivers to get the fastest route while also spending less time in red lights.

According to the information gathered from Ubergizmo, this newest feature from Google Maps is currently under process by the Droid-Life. This feature is now studied for any further development.

This feature is very useful for self-driving car owners to automatically get the fastest route to their destination using Google Maps. If the driver knows where exactly will the traffic lights be, they will prepare themselves beforehand to slow down or stop.

However, this traffic light indicator feature might be hardly recognizable by Google Maps users. The indicator will appear too small to be easily recognizable. Google is not the first to implement this feature. Previously, Apple had also introduced a similar feature in the Apple Maps in iOS 13. (*)
