This is What FaveHotel Cilacap Do to Gain Their Customers’ Trust

TIMESINDONESIA, CILACAP – Archipelago International, a company which run several prestigious hotels in Indonesia including FaveHotel Cilacap, Central Java conduct a Rapid Diagnostic Test (RDT) for all the hotels employees that run under their company.  

Located in Cilacap Central Java, this hotel trying to gain more customers trust through this test. They would like to show that their hotel is safe enough and eligible enough to welcome more guest which would like to visit the city.

This program was held at the end of June 2020. The test showed a good result and all the staff and employees declared as coronavirus free.

“We have implemented strict health protocol by equip our all of our staff with disposable PPE such as gloves, mask, and face shield. All for the good shake of our customers,” John Flood, President & CEO Archipelago International in statement on Thursday (9/7/2020).

Still according to him, their staff and employee are their main asset to their hotel. And their health becomes the top priority for the hotel. “A good condition of the staff will gain more customers trust since they aware that they are staying in a secure and safe hotel,” he added.  

Archipelago International is the largest privately owned and independent hotel operator in Asia with more than 150 hotels in Indonesia including FaveHotel Cilacap, Central Java. They also have another 50 hotels scattered in Southeast Asia, Caribbean, and Middle East. (*)
