TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG – Tugu Hotel Malang take a part in implementing Covid-19 protocol standard for their hotel. This was to ensure their guests’ safety as well to gain more of their trust during their satay at this hotel.

The staff which has been equipped with face shield, gloves, and mask will lead you to the nearest sink before the entrance door or will hand you a drop of hand sanitizer. You will find lots of hand sanitizer post installed on every corner of the hotel once you check in. You will also find a nice comfy room that has been disinfected before you enter the room. This room will be isolated for 24 hours before being reoccupied.

“We skip one room to another to make a distance during their occupancy. This was all to have a good physical distancing system implementing on our hotel,” Pratiwi Sasotya, Director of Communications of Tugu Hotel Malang said on Thursday (9/07/2020).

Still according to her, the restaurant area also has a strict physical distancing rule. They also disinfect every table to make sure its cleanliness. The hotel also will give you a free right to have your meal anywhere you desire.

You could choose the menu from the QR code you could scan with third party app on your phone to minimize physical contact. And then you could have any corner you wanted to have your meal as long as it’s still in the Tugu Hotel Malang area. (*)
