TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Looking gorgeous anytime is such a dream from every woman in the world. Especially when they wake up. Some woman will have a bad hair day sometimes and some will just wake up looking like a princess. However, there are some ways to make you look stunning when you wake up. Check this out.

1. Clean your face before you sleep

Cleaning your face before you sleep is such a good thing to do. Either you cleanse it with water or your cleansing water it will help you get a fresher look and a clean skin when you wake up.

2. Sleep on your back
make sure you sleep on your back at night. It will affect your skin and give you less wrinkle since the gravity pull your back skin not your face. Sleeping on your left or right side will add more wrinkles on your skin and gives a bigger chance of getting an early aging.

3. Consume more protein

Have more protein during breakfast. Such as milk and egg to keep your skin stay healthy. Protein needed to regenerate the skin cells and keep it healthy and smooth.  

4. Less salt diet

Salt or food with more salt will gives you a bad sleep. It will force your body to produce more sweat during your sleep. And sometimes it will give you a puffy eye when you wake up. This will surely ruin your gorgeous look when you wake up. (*)
