TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – New normal will be regulated soon as a new way of life. People were forced to life side by side with Covid-19. Not to give up, but merely to be able to face or adapt with this kind of situation.
There several ways to live in this kind of new way of life. Here are several tips to stay alert during the new normal according to WHO.
Wash your hand occasionally
Living with high sanitary standard and wash your hand as often as possible could be a good solution for this issue. Washing your hand believes could wash away the virus stick on you palm. It's also better for you to take a bottle of hand sanitizer in your bag so you could clean your hand anytime anywhere.
Keep physical distance rule
Though we back to our normal activities, it doesn't mean that we can just live the way we used to live especially when you are in public. Keep your distance between one another at least 1 meter away. And always put a mask wherever you go.
Avoid touching your face
Touching your face is one big no no!!!. Avoid touching your face even if there was a super itchy part that you need to scratch. It's all because your hand is where the virus chain start. If you got the virus in your hand than you touch your face, lips or nose for instance, then everything you have done to avoid this virus is useless.
Visit your doctor when you think you have suspicious symptoms
As Covid-19 symptoms are different than normal cold, and if you think you have those suspicions symptoms you could go to the hospital and ask your doctor for the better. You could go to the nearest hospital appointed for Covid-19 and check yourself there to face this new normal. (*)
