Moringa contains protein, vitamin B6, Vitamin C, Iron, Riboflavin (B2), Vitamin A, and magnesium. It makes this plant has lots of benefits for your health.

According to Healthline, here are some benefit of consuming Moringa Oliefera.

1. Protects your body from free radical

The nutrients contained by moringa makes this plant could help you produce more antioxidants in your body to protect you from free radical exposure. High levels of free radicals may cause oxidative stress, which is associated with chronic diseases like heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

2. Lower your blood sugar level

Either low blood sugar or high blood sugar, none of them are good for your health. If you have a high level of blood sugar you could consider moringa to your diet.

3. Reduce inflammation

Scientists believe that isothiocyanates are the main anti-inflammatory compounds in moringa leaves, pods and seeds. However, several studies only shows a result on Guinea pig not to human.

4. Lower your cholesterol

High level of cholesterol will raise your risk of getting heart disease. Several studies shows that either animal or human have shown that Moringa oleifera may lower their cholesterol level.
