TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTAEny Ekowati, AMG, RD, a nutritionist at Mardi Wlauyo Hospital Blitar said that a good nutrient is the source to build a good immune system. It could tackle coronavirus sticking into our body.

"Consuming good food with good nutrient is one way to anticipate the virus attact our body so the body could fight them with our immune system," Eny said on Friday (27/3/2020).

According to her, people need to eat enough food with good nutrient starting from veggies, fruits, meat or fish. "Don't forget to drink 8 glass of water in a day," she added.

In addition, she also stated that people need to eat more food which contain more vitamin A, C, and D. These vitamin is the most crucial vitamins needed by our body to build a strong immune system.

Furthermore, still according to her, in the cooking process, she suggest everyone to use local ingredients which they make by themselves not by a company.

"You better seasoned your food by your self. Use local ingredients such as ginger, turmeric, galangal, nutmeg, lemongrass. Avoid those drink which has additive or sweetener and drink 8 glasses of water in a day," Eny Ekowati said towards coronavirus. (*)
