Taste the Enormous Ketan Kratok at Probolinggo Food Festival

TIMESINDONESIA, PROBOLINGGO – Probolinggo Food Festival which was officially opened on Friday (21/2/2020) got so much attention from the people. There will be a record breaking trial of the biggest number of Ketan Kratok for the MURI (Indonesian World's Record Museum).

This event is planned to be held for 3 days and will be ended on Sunday (23/2/2020). The festival holds so much attraction.

On the first day of the festival they held some product exhibition, several local performance and a gala dinner for the Probolingggo Travel Mart Participants.

On the second day which is today on Saturday (22/2/2020), there will be another product exhibition along with the cooking competition.

Then the breaking record trial will be conducted on the last day if the event (Saturday, 23/2/2020). They will attempt to break the record by cooking 1.359 together at once.

Ketan Katrok is a sticky rice served with local beans and grated coconut on top of it. This food will also be served with a palm sugar sauce.
