Mercure Grand Mirama Surabaya Achieved ASEAN Green Hotel Standard Award 2020

TIMESINDONESIA, SURABAYA – Mercure Grand Mirama Hotel Surabaya which committed to support the green living and eco friendly concept has been granted with ASEAN Green Hotel Standard Award at the ASEAN Tourism Award 2020.

In holding their commitment, the hotel management along with the local community and the hotel guests and relations consecutively hold several social service at the local area to keep the are clean and green.

This hotel could even be a role model for a green environment in Indonesia. "We are honored to achieve this award. And we hope that we could be a best green standard hotel in the world next time," Sugito Adhi, the General Manager of Hotel Mercure Grand Mirama Surabaya said on Friday (24/1/2020).

The awarding night was held on january 16th 2020 in Brunei. The award was given by the Minister of Tourism Indonesia who happened to be invited at the occasion.
