TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Insomnia has become a big issue for most of the people in the world. It could affecting your sleeping quality as well the quantity. It could even makes you crazy sometimes. But here are several tips for you that you could try.
1. Try to close your eyes on time
For someone who has an insomnia, you might has lack of sleep willingness. Make sure you go on bed on time and force your self to close your eyes. Tuck your self in and make your self as comfortable as possible. According to Dr Lizzie Hill a sleep physiologist of British Sleep Society sleeping and waking up on a proper time will strengthen your biological clock.
2. Set your room as comfortable as possible.
Put the room temperature at 16° C - 18° C. Turn off the light and make sure your gadgets are out of your reach capacity.
3. Read books
Reading books before you sleep could help you slower your heart beats. The slow hearts beat will ease you to get your sleep immediately. Beside reading your books, you could also take a deep breath, hold it for 5 seconds, breath it out slowly and do it for 8 times.
Yoga or a nice bath could also makes you relax before you sleep.
4. Write down your anxiety
Hill also suggest you to write down your anxieties before you sleep to make your mind clear of the things that bother you before you sleep.
