You Better be Quick!!! Kaliploso Horti Carnival of Banyuwangi is about to Begin In a Few Hours

TIMESINDONESIA, BANYUWANGI – Do you have a plan for today? If you don't, you better visit the Kaliploso Horti Carnival (KHC) which will be held in no more than 5 hours from now (Thursday September 19th 2019) exactly at 13.00 WIB local western time in Banyuwangi.

This event will take place in Kaliploso, Cluring, Banyuwangi. This Festival is hold to introduce the area and its products as well. This time they will also introduce their newest tourist attraction, the Kebun Al-Quran (The Al-Quran farm) which is located in thus village too.

This annual festival will took all the local community to get in to a 2 km parade from the Kaliploso field to the village boarder of Plampangrejo. They will bring some of art made of some fruits or veggies of the local harvest such as figs, cucumber, dates, eggplant and more.

"We gonna have some people in costumes as well, also we will have some surprise for you, so you better come here and watch the parade yourself," the Secretary of the Village, Mahmud Ansoriyah said on Wednesday (18/9/2019).

In addition, Kaliploso, Banyuwangi is one of the luckiest village from 8 villages in Indonesia that has a talented young head of village. He has a good reputation and is now being sent to China for some benchmarking program. Kaliploso Horti Carnival was also one of his idea to introduce the village to the society. (*)
