The Malang Chief Police Officer and the Papua Youths Sat Together for a Feast

TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG – AKBP Yade Setiawan Ujung the Malang Chief Police Officer sat together on a table for a feast party with the Papua youths on an event called Bhinneka Tunggal Ika Indah di Bumi Arema in Malang on Friday (23/8/2019).

This event which was held at the Simpang balapan, Jalan ijen, Malang was an idea of the local students community like HMI, GMNI, JSI, PMII, NU. Meanwhile, some ofMalang society also spotted participated on this event.

Beside the Malang Chief Police officer, there were also some officials like Police Commander of Malang and Batu region, The Mayor of Malang and Vice, and the Commander of District 0833 Malang.

"This event is held to strengthen the unity between Indonesian people, from the Sabang to Merauke-Miangas like what we had in the Youth Pledge. Keep the unity, never let anyone provoke us through some issues or hoaxes," the Malang Chief Police Officer of Malang, AKBP Yade Setiawan Ujung said.

Furthermore, the Malang Chief Police Officer and the Papua youths along with the other people attending the event also planted some tree to show their love to the nature also as a symbol of peace and harmony between Papua youth and all the communities in Malang. (*)
