CitraLand Superfest 2019, Where the World's Cultures Blended in a Stage

TIMESINDONESIA, SURABAYA – Lots of beautiful performance presented on the CitraLand Superfest 2019. This festival which was followed by 14 countries around the world is an annual festival in Surabaya which was held for the 13th times.

Indonesia, Mexico, Bulgaria, Thailand, Poland, Japan, India, Czech, Timor Leste, South Africa, Colombia, Uzbekistan, Russia, and Italy are the countries that participated on this festival. On this occasion Indonesia brought the Polowali Mandar, Bangai, Makassar, and Langsai cultures up.

“This is kind of cross culture understanding where we were taken to appreciate all the exotic cultures around the world," Lauw Hendra, General Manager CitraLand Surabaya said.

There were also some spots where they have all the local and international food presented. So basically this event is such a one stop cultural festival that bring the world to Surabaya.

The CitraLand Superfest 2019 which was held in three session. Thise three sessions are the Opening  CitraLand Superfest, CitraLand Folk Night Carnival, and Parade Indonesia Etnofest had gained so much attention from the visitors.

The Citraland Superfest 2019 event was held by the cooperation with the local government of Surabaya along with the CIOFF (International Council of Organizations of Folklore Festivals and Folk Arts). (*)
