East Java Took almost all the Awards at the International Indonesia Smart City Expo 2019

TIMESINDONESIA, SURABAYA – The East Java managed to almost brought all the International Indonesia Smart City Expo and Forum (IISMEX) 2019 to their province. This expo was held to introduce the local innovation from every area in Indonesia.

East Java took 12 booths for their exhibition. The Banyuwangi with their Smart Kampung, Sidoarjo with their Smart Investment City, the public Works and Water Resources Department of East Java showed their Flood Disaster Information System (SIBB), Bank Jatim Lounge, and Education and Teacher Analysis and School Innovation System by the Educational Department of East java.

On this occasion, the Banyuwangi booth took the Parasamya Purnakarya Nugraha, and the Madiun booth took the Satya Lencana Karya Bhakti Praja Nugraha award. This has been a remarkable achievement for East Java to take some awards home to their province.

"This has been inline with the central government's vision and mission to make a smart city which could raise the local-generated revenue," Indah Wahyuni, SH, MSi, the Head of government administration and Otoda Setdaprov East rabbi sidon Wednesday (17/7/2019).

For the awards they got then East Java were given a pavilion booth at the International Indonesia Smart City Expo and Forum (IISMEX) 2019 for free. (*)
