The Frozen Bromo, An Exotic Moment for a Tropical Country

TIMESINDONESIA, PROBOLINGGO – Bromo as one of the most beautiful mountain in Indonesia is having a Frozen time right now. This phenomenon namely known as Frozen Bromo by the local citizen. Located on 2.329 MDPL this mountain will be deep freeze each morning before the sunrise comes.

This phenomenon will occur only in June to August where the wind breeze so hard and the temperature drop below 0°C.

All the mist and dew that fall down in the morning will freeze and turn into ice.

Erma Yunita a video blogger happen to filming the moment on her phone. She showed the Frozen mist and down the leaves around the Bromo Desert.

"I'm so happy that I could catch the moment. It feels like I was in foreign country with snow all over the place. The best moment is around 4 to 6 in the morning before the sun rises," Erma said.

She also remind all the visitors to wear thick clothes or jacket if they would like to visit Bromo around this time. Frozen Bromo surely will be a fascinating moment for every tourist that visit the mountain during June to August.(*)
