1. Trans fat foods

2. Deep-fried foods
Deep-fried foods should be avoided by those who have high cholesterol. Deep-frying process could decrease the water and fat content and increase the calories.
The excessive calories inside our body will be changed into fats. Some types of oil contain a lot of trans fat that is dangerous for our health.
3. Fast food
Many people prefer fast food for break fasting because it is quick to serve.
In fact, fast foods, such as hamburger, pizza, fried chicken, and so on, should be avoided by those who have high cholesterol.
The cooking process of fast food could decrease the essential nutrition and increase the risk of heart diseases, obesity, and diabetes.
4. Foods that high in sugar
Consuming foods that high in sugar could lead to weight gain, high cholesterol level, and higher risk of diabetes.
Sugar is not only in form of granulated sugar. You should also pay attention to the foods that contain additional sugar in form of corn syrup, fructose, concentrate, sucrose, or artificial sweeteners.
5. Processed meat
Sausage, nugget, corned beef, meatball, and the other processed meat should be avoided by those who have high cholesterol. In fact, processed meat contains various additives.
