TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Did you sleep late recently? Did you gain more weights and your pants no longer able to support your waist? Why? How come? Let's find out!

Taken from Antara, a doctor plus CEO Pondok Indah Group Hospital, dr. Yanwar Hadiyanto, MARS said that sleep late at night will give you a chance to grab some more meals after dinner.

A researcher from Northwestern University in the Journal of Obesity, said that meals late at night will make you gain your weight faster than regular meals. All the diet books, dietitians, and even Oprah have suggested not to take meals during night time after the dinner.

Usually people will grab some meals at night not because they need it, it's more to greedy or just to get away from the stress. More of the foods were highly calorized like chips, cakes or cookies, and candies.

Then, to avoid gain much more weights, you better not sleep late and try avoiding those high calories foods. What do you think?
