A researcher from Northwestern University in the Journal of Obesity, said that meals late at night will make you gain your weight faster than regular meals. All the diet books, dietitians, and even Oprah have suggested not to take meals during night time after the dinner.
Usually people will grab some meals at night not because they need it, it's more to greedy or just to get away from the stress. More of the foods were highly calorized like chips, cakes or cookies, and candies.
