TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Choupette is a lucky cat that has just receive IDR 2.8 trillion from her owner Karl Lagerfeld after he passed away several days ago. It will surely assure her to get a fancy luxury life even after her master died.
Before he died, Lagerfeld would take this 8 years old cat to every of his trip and journey around the world with his private jet. Lagerfeld even get her two private assistants and a body guard.
Lagerfeld was a famous designer in France that worked for Fendi and Cahnel. He has an adopted child, Hudson Kroenig, which he usually brought on his fashion show. There is possibility that all his belonging will goes to this boy.
However, Lagerfeld always adore Choupette so much, he once said that when Choupette died he wanted her ashes to be scattered along with his and his mom ashes.
France doesn't allowed a deceased one left their belonging to an animal. However Lagerfeld is a German, so he will have Germany rule regulated on him and his belonging.
Choupette is a famous cat. She has 200.000 followers on his Instagram account. She is already rich without getting his owner money because she her self has € 3 million ( equal to IDR 47,8 billion) from a German car and cosmetic product comercial she once starred.
"She's a rich girl, I will make sure she stayed rich even after I died. I kidnapped her from a friend house, Baptiste Giabiconi,” Lagerfeld said.
Choupette has her own book published by Lagerfeld with a title of "Choupette: The Private Life of a High-Flying Fashion Cat". Lagerfeld also made a book for her about her life style pictures and food.
Lagerfeld even add the recipe of Choupette food in his book. One of them are smoked salmon, caviar and the king crabs. He even get her her very own table to dine.
Karl Lagerfeld even rejected a commercial offer of a cat food for Choupette. "It's not her class, she's my everything," he said before she died.
