TIMESINDONESIA, LAMONGAN – Persela coach, Aji Santoso is still tinkering the player’s composition to get the best scheme. It is because the team has been occupied by some of the new players. Aji stated “We are still searching out, adapted the composition,” Thursday (14/2/2019).

Recently, there are some schemes prepared by Persela coach, Aji Santoso to his team squad, namely using formation of 4-2-3-1and 4-3-3.

According to him, the scheme determination basically will be based on the players condition. "I am not too fanatical about the formation, but I see the composition of the players I have. So the player determines the formation, not the formation determines players," he said.

In addition, Aji also added that the communication among the players should be intensified. It will positively unify the team as a whole.

"We still continue to foster the communication between Jairo and Arif, because they still joined the training together not more than a week, later, hopefully the will adapt faster," said Aji Santoso, Persela coach. (*)
