TIMESINDONESIA, MALANG – Are you a spicy food lover? Cafe Mie Nangis Malang is one from thousands cullinary places you must visit when you go to Malang.

This cafe which is located at Jalan Janti Barat No. 14 – 15 Bandungrejosari, Sukun, Malang. As its name Cafe Mie Nangis or the Crying Noodle Cafe provides various levels of spicy noodles, from ground level to the hottest one.

There are 5 spicy levels of this noodle, level ngelamun or day dream level with 1 – 5 chillies in it, level bingung or confused level with 6 – 10 chillies added, level setres or stress level with 11 – 15 chillies added, level nangis or crying level with around 16 – 20 chillies added and the last but not least is the level putus asa or desperate level with 20 – 25 chillies added in it.

The Manager and also co founder of this spicy noodle Yanuar Dwi Wahyulah said that mostly people will order the highest level among those levels provided which is level putus asa or the desperate level.

Beside the unique name of the levels this spicy noodle also uniquely served on a wide crispy cracker shaped like a bowl.

”We serve it on a wide crispy cracker shaped like a bowl, and give each level a unique name,” Mr. Dwi said.
