TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Indonesian Minister of Religion (Minister of Religion) Lukman Hakim Saifuddin reminded his officials and staffs in the ranks of Ministry of Religion to continue to improve services, especially with the innovation plan for the upcoming 2019 Hajj moment.

"At least I remind of a number of things that need to be considered and must be an innovation in the implementation of the Hajj in 2019," he stressed when was leading a Leader Meeting of the 2018 Ministry of Religion in Sentul, Bogor, Wednesday (05/12/2018).

The Minister of Religion expressed his gratitude because based on a survey of the Central Bureau of Statistics (BPS), the satisfaction index of the Indonesian pilgrims (IKJHI) in Saudi Arabia in the year 1439H / 2018M increased to 85.23. This means that in general government services to Indonesian pilgrims have met the criteria of 'Very satisfying'.

Even so, the Minister of Religion also encouraged his ranks of officials and staffs in the Ministry of Religion to continue to innovate on Hajj services. Fourth, the Minister of Religion hopes that in the implementation of the 2019 Hajj, the Directorate of Hajj and Umrah Implementation prepares a digital officer reporting system. "All our officers must be able to do digital reporting. Prepare in an integrated application," he continued.

While the fifth is the strengthening of Hajj rituals (Manasik) that need to get attention for the implementation of the 2019 Hajj. "We need to strengthen the rituals of hajj. We need to think about the innovation of the Hajj rituals, by making audio visuals, etc.," said the Indonesian Minister of Religion. (*)
