Dodi Reza Alex Receives An Award and Honorary Badge from IPDN

TIMESINDONESIA, JATINANGOR – A proud achievement was again given to the number one person at Bumi Serasan Sekate. Regent of Muba, Dodi Reza Alex Noerdin received an award from the Institute of Domestic Governance (IPDN), Monday (11/19/18).

The award was given to Mr. Dodi Reza Alex Noerdin, because it was considered a Visionary leader who was able to run the government well and practice the teachings of Astha Brata which contained eight main values, namely sun, moon, star, wind, sky , fire, ocean and earth.

Rector of IPDN, Prof. Dr. Ermaya Suradinata, said that many proud achievements had been carved by Dodi Reza Alex, because in his government  was considered capable of maintaining the stability of government in Musi Banyuasin Regency

"Yes, we value him as an energetic young leader and continues to innovate in advancing his area. Many of his programs are very extraordinary at the national level, one of them being the first Palm Oil and Asphalt Replanting Program in Indonesia. And also making Muba Regency a district that prints high achieving athletes, "said Prof. Ermaya.

He continued that we always monitor innovation and leadership of regional heads in Indonesia. I remember Dodi Reza's father, namely Alex Noerdin, the  Regent of Muba two periods and also the Governor  South Sumatra  who was the first regional head to get the highest award from the IPDN, Astha Brata Award, and this time Dodi Reza Alex Noerdin, the Regent of Musi Banyuasin. He also won the Best Communicators 2018 category in the Regent

Furthermore, Dodi also assessed that we have empowered government school graduates (Purna Praja) to occupy structural positions from head of department until the Head of distric was dominated by Civil Service graduated from IPDN in his area.

"We hope that Mr. Dodi can continue to work together with IPDN. "We hope that good relations between IPDN and the Muba Regency Government will be harmonious and good," he said.

Meanwhile, Secretary General of the Regional Representative Council (DPD) of Indoneaia, Dr Reyonnyzar Moenek M. Devt. M who also attended conveyed a message to the Regent of Muba to continue to provide opportunities and accommodate graduates from IPDN. "Yes, it is clear, I entrust the younger siblings of Junior in Muba to the Regent. Help the program run by the Regent. If there is something deviant or mischievous, please the Regent of Muba, just take it and reprimand," Reyonnyzar said.

In the same place, the Regent of Muba H. Dodi Reza Alex Noerdin also gave a speech in front of 3000 students who are currently studying at IPDN that, personally I really give the highest appreciation for the IPDN campus which always prints civil service with high quality and dedication and extraordinary loyalty to his service in the government.

"I am proud and honored to receive an IPDN  award badge. Of course, I am very grateful to the Chancellor and the academics in this IPDN campus," said Dodi

The former member of the House Representatives of the two periods also added that graduates starting from IIP, APDN, and IPDN in Muba were very helpful in running the government in Muba.

"IPDN in Muba is very necessary, because I believe and see firsthand the dedication to work and help realize the vision and mission of Muba forward victorious and win

Many strategic programs in Muba regency have been implemented, one of which is the implementation of the palm oil replanting and has been officially inaugurated by the Indonesian President Joko Widodo. In addition, the President Joko Widodo will return for the second time to be present in the Muba we are proud of, the plan will inaugurate the construction of road infrastructure that uses the first mixed rubber asphalt technology in Indonesia carried out by the district level in Indonesia, Dodi said

"At the beginning of 2019 we will open an auction of head department positions against (echelon II officials) as a forum for ASN competence and I am sure that the graduated IPDN who take part in the auction will be able to contribute well," he explained. (*)
