DEMA FITK UIN Malang Shared Information about Scholarship in FITK Festival

TIMESINDONESIA, SLEMAN – The Student Executive Board of the Faculty of Education and Teacher Training (DEMA FITK) at UIN Malang held a series of events in FITK Festival.

One of the events was Scholarship Workshop held on the 1st November 2018 at Micro Teaching Hall in the second floor of UIN Malang.

The workshop invited four presenters that had a competency in their field, namely, M. Ali Machrus (the receiver of LPDP UIN Scholarship), Bayu Wicaksono (Education Counselor), Nur Hidayat (Magister Student of Basic Education at Universitas Negeri Malang, and Andri Indra Saputra A. (The captain of LPDP Universitas Brawijaya).

This workshop discussed about IDP, the institution that helps, accommodates, and trains the students that want to study abroad, especially Australia. They also provides TOEFL and IELTS test as one of the requirements of abroad scholarship.

This workshop also discussed about LPDP Scholarship provided by the government and funded by the Ministry of Finance. This scholarship has some programs, namely Affirmation, Santri, and Bidik Misi.

Those three programs have its own TOEFL and IELTS test standard. The Scholarship Workshop held by DEMA FITK UIN Malang became the useful source for the students that want to apply government scholarship and non-government scholarship. (*)
