Will Samsung Release the Folding Smartphone Next Year?

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – After surely release a folding smartphone in next 2019, Samsung reportedly plans to launch its first folding screen smartphone in March. This folding smartphone will be launched along with other Samsung smartphones, namely Galaxy S10 the fifth generation (5G).

Industry observers estimate Samsung will display a folding screen smartphone in the Mobile World Congress (MWC) technology event in Barcelona in February, ahead of the official launch.

Although eagerly awaited, Samsung's folding smartphone is estimated not to support the 5G network.

However, the price of a smartphone that can be folded has not yet been decided. But, industry observers say the device is likely to be sold at a price of Rp26 million.

Samsung said that the folding smartphone will fold inward, and will be present in the size of 7.4 inches when it isn't folded and will be in size of 4.6 inches like an ordinary smartphone when folded. (*)
