LSI: These Three Political Parties Predicted Win Pileg 2019

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – There are three major political parties that are potential to be the winners in Legislative election (Pileg) 2019. This is as stated by Lingkaran Survei Indonesia (LSI) Denny JA.

"Currently only PDIP, Golkar and Gerindra are the most potential winners in Legislative election 2019," it is the release of survey results received Timesindonesia on Wednesday (25/72018).

The survey results stated that PDI-P is selected by 22.1 percent of respondents, while Golkar Party 15.8 percent and then followed by Gerindra Party that is selected 15.2 percent of respondents.

The survey also mentions that there are three political parties which are able to increase their electability in the next 2019 Legislative election.

The three parties are Partai Kebangkitan Bangsa (PKB) selected by 7.2 percent of respondents,  the Democrat Party with 5.4 percent and Partai Keadilan Sejahtera (PKS) 4.3 percent.

"The support for these three parties can increase if they start to be associated with strong candidates and popular programs."

Well, the survey was taken the theme "Four Issues of the Party and Chairman: Before and After elections July 2018," it was conducted from 29 June to 5 July 2018.

The LSI Denny JA survey methodology which also highlighted the electability of political party in Legislative election 2019 was using multistage random sampling method with the number of respondents as many as 1200 people. Interviews, was conducted by face-to-face method using questionnaires. While the margin of error was set 2.9 percent. (*)
