Congratulations, SereS Springs Resort & Spa is Officially Five-Star Hotel

TIMESINDONESIA, GIANYAR – SereS Springs Resort & Spa, Singakarta, Ubud, Bali, is officially announced as a five-star hotel. This is symbolized by the handover of Five-star Hotel Certificate from Lembaga Sertifikasi Usaha Pariwisata (Tourism Business Certification Institute) (LSUP) – PT QIS Certi Indonesia.

The Five-star Hotel Certificate handover was done directly by Putu Tirta Yasa as the representative of LSUP PT QIS Certi Indonesia to I Nyoman Prawaba, the Director of Operations & General Manager of SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakarta.

 “The audit process itself has been done since 2nd to 4th May 2018 with a satisfying result, as SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakarta gets the score of 983, surpassing the standard score needed to obtain the Five-star predicate, which is 936,” said I Nyoman Prabawa in the press conference received by TIMES Indonesia (timesindonesia.co.id), Friday (20/7/2018).

Nyoman said that this audit included the whole physical aspects of the hotel, management, and operational, as well as the certificate of the staff competences and the completeness of required permissions.

“In terms of required permissions completeness and the staff competences, SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakarta Ubud has met the required criteria, which is 50% from the total employees that have obtained the Certificate of Professional Competence,” she explained.

She said that SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakarta became one of the hotels that had obtained the Certificate of Feasible Function in Gianyar, as one of the absolute requirements to obtain the Five-star Hotel Certification.

Located in Singakerta village, right in the south of Ubud, this resort has 60 rooms and 20 villas which are completed with various facilities, such as LED TV with local and international TV channels, working desks, small refrigerators, tea and coffee maker, and bathrooms with modern tools and shower.

Outside the room, this hotel has some interesting entertainment facilities, including restaurant, lounge and bar, pool with a stunning view overlooking the valley and stream, free, fast Wi-Fi, SereS Spa Sanctuary, Yoga Pavilion, Wedding Pavilion, and kids club.

All-day dining is available at Mulberry Place that provides various dishes, and Bell’ Aria Italia restaurant with the characteristic pizza oven made of brick and firewood. This resort also offers Lounge & Bar with music entertainment at Café DarSini which is located near the main lobby.

Moreover, SereS Springs Resort & Spa Singakarta also has three meeting rooms, namely Tampak Siring Ballrom with the vast pre-function and has the capacity of 450 persons, Saraswati Ballroom with the capacity of 150 persons, and Singakarta Boardroom, the meeting room which is specially designed for small meetings, for 24 persons as the maximum.
