The Top Position of US Box Office Taken by 'Hotel Transylvania 3'

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Continuing the tradition of previous films, Hotel Transylvania 3: Summer Vacation shot past to the United States box office on its inaugural airing.

The third sequel of Sony Animation's film production earned 40 million US dollars in its inaugural week on Uncle Sam's movie theater over the weekend.

With the recorded income, Hotel Transylvania 3 is able to evict the ruling of last week film, Ant-Man and The Wasp into second place with revenues of 28.84 million dollars in its second week.

While the other new release, Skyscraper starring by Dwayne 'The Rock' Johnson failed to appear impressive and only penetrated the third position with revenue of 25.485 million US dollars.
