"Haji Pintar" The Application for Candidate of Hajj Pilgrims is Launched by Kemenag

TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – The latest version of "Haji Pintar" (Updates) is launched by the Ministry of Religious Affairs (Kemenag). The services that have been developed since 2015 present with some new services or feature for Candidate of Hajj Pilgrims (JCH) and can be downloaded directly on the Google Play Store.

According to the Director of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ministry of Religious Services, Sri Ilham Lubis there are some new important features that can help the Candidate of Hajj Pilgrims to obtain information about the implementation of Hajj this year.

"By entering the flight group number (kloter), for example JKG 01 for pilot kloter one Jakarta-Pondok Gede Embarkation, the pilgrims can already know where their hotel will be in Medina and Meccah," said Sri Ilham in Jakarta, Sunday (15/07/2018).

In addition, a number of other informative features are also presented in this latest version such as information about accommodation, transportation and consumption of pilgrims during their stay in Saudi Arabia.

"The application also provides a grievance feature for pilgrims departing this year Candidate of Hajj Pilgrims can submit a complaint during running the pilgrimage with login access using his passport number in the application," he added.

As for the Hajj pilgrims who haven't departed, there is also an estimate service or estimate of departure. Hajj pilgrims can check their estimated year of departure by entering the registration portion number.

Overall, in this latest version of the application there are some new features that is added such as the Qur'an, prayer schedule, pilgrimage information both in Meccah and Medina, the current Rupiah exchange rate, and the planned of Hajj trip.

In addition to guidance and information on the implementation of the pilgrimage, the application of "Haji Pintar" also contains information on the departure year of pilgrims’ candidate (JCH), location of accommodation in the Holy Land, information about consumption, the weather, the bus route, prayer, up to the complaint services.
