TIMESINDONESIA, JAKARTA – Anger is a normal outburst of emotion, but, it isn't good for our healthy to keep it for long time. However, sometime we are angry without any reason. We need to know what makes us angry without any reason so you know how to handle it right away. Reported from Hello Sehat, the followings are the possibilities.

1. Lack of Sleeping 
The thing that often causes emotions bursting involuntarily is because you're tired or not getting enough sleep. Lack of sleep can cause the brain is in fatigue condition, so its work decreases.

So, you are difficult to concentrate, like to confuse by yourself, hard to think clearly, be difficult to digest new information. Exhausted body, moreover the work of the brain decreases, it will make your productivity decline dramatically which then change into stress.

2. Depression
A person who likes anger can also be caused by consciously or unconsciously depression.

Beside causing despair and suffering, depression also cause a person can easily angered. In fact, sometimes the depressed people can respond somethings with impolite behavior or speech .

3. Sense of being ignored
A psychologist Rebecca Wong, LCSW, thought that the sense of being lost or ignored by the people around can make a person so irritable.

Humans are social beings who seek satisfaction from social relationships. When the needs are not fulfilled, so it can make someone easily angry.

4. Have a Certain Illness
If it is not caused by the various triggers above, the cause of your anger may be from the disease you have all along. For example hyperthyroidism, which often occurs in women, and high cholesterol.

The thyroid hormone controls all things related to the metabolism of the body. If the amount is excessive in the body, hyperthyroidism can cause you to become nervous and difficult to concentrate. This can also be the reason why do you like to shout when talking, so it always looks like being angry.
